How to reach Villa Gabriella Bed and Breakfast

1) By airplane

From Venice Marco Polo airport to Venice-Piazzale Roma:
Solution 1) Take the water boat Alilaguna from the airport (follow the panels water bus/boat out of the sliding doors of the airport, 10 minutes walk to the boat station from the arrivals gate). Approximately 1 hour journey to the B&B.

Solution 2) Take the Bus just out of the airstation: ACTV (public, n. 5) or ATVO (Private blu bus). Then take boat n. 5.1 to Lido (Prices) - the trip is approximately 35 minutes.

From Treviso Airport to Venice Piazzale Roma: Private Bus in correspondance with your flight to Venice Piazzale Roma (1 hour). Then take boat n. 5.1 to Lido (Prices) - the trip is approximately 35 minutes.

2) By car

If you arrive by car take the Ferry Boat to the Lido island from the Tronchetto Station at the end of "Ponte della Libertà" (this bridge that connects Mestre and Venice). You will see the street signs: "Ferry to Lido". The Ferry Boat goes every 50 minutes and is an economical alternative instead of parking the car in the garage in Venice.
You can easily park your car on the road front Villa Gabriella, parking is always free, available and safe.
I suggest to pre-buy tickets for the entire duration of your stay for persons in the ACTV ticket center, 200 meters before the boarding peer of the ferry. In the boarding peer of the Ferry then you can ONLY buy tickets for your car.

3) By Train

Get off from your train and go out the station. In front at 50 m. on the right you find the peer of the "vaporetto" (waterbus). Take the public boat ("vaporetto") just out of the airstation: ACTV  boat line n. 5.1 to Lido (Prices) - the trip is approximately 35 minutes.

Arrived to Lido island by boat 5.1 you either can take the Bus either walk to Villa Gabriella (15 minutes walk, 4 minutes by bus). The bus line "CO" - Circolare Oraria. (time tables RETE URBANA LIDO) (Prices). This service runs until h. 20:30 in winter, until Midnight in Summer. Get off on th 4th stop (4 minutes) "Spiaggia Consorzio Alberghi". Villa Gabriella is in front: turn around the house, entrance in via Istria, n°12.

3) From the Ship (Venice harbour)

The best way to reach Villa Gabriella from the Ship:
walk 300 metres to "People Mover"
take People Mover to Piazzale Roma (3 minutes trip)
in Piazzale Roma take the boat n. 5.1 to Lido (35 minutes trip)
In Lido walk 600 metres (print here the map for 10 minutes walking) to Villa Gabriella or take the bus "V", 4th stop (trip 4 minutes) or take a taxi (€ 12)
